I searched the market for the right home for our family for about 18 months. During that time I met many realtors and used a few of them to assist me with viewing homes. When John was recommended to me about midway through the process, things changed drastically. John narrowed our search and truly knew the market! He is familiar with the history of many homes and is very connected to many professionals in the area, thus allowing the potential buyer to have an advantage by knowing more than the average buyer would learn from viewing information online. In addition, John is very accessible! Often times I would text message him at various times of the day & night and he responded immediately. He would either text or email requested information at ta moment's notice.
When it comes to selling a property, John is very open and honest about the market and is realistic in his figures. He has many connections and is very aware of the market. I though of listing my home but decided against it at this time. However, if I did decide to list, I would use John because his website is very detailed and he features numerous pictures and provides virtual tours as well. Again, I would use him because of his quick response time and thorough display of properties. His staff was excellent in getting information as well!

John did a very good job marketing our house and insuring that there were opportunities for a significant number of showings. As a result of the marketing there was a lot of interest at one open house we had, which may have been the push needed by the couple who had toured the house several times before to make their initial offer on the property. That offer resulted in a sale.
As a buyers agent John toured several houses with us on different days adn times, and even endured a misadventure on the first house we made an offer on, but later decided to back out of the purchase. All this with no complaint, and no pressure placed on us to purchase a house, which in the end was not right for us. Ultimately we found the house that suits our needs and we are very satisfied with it. John's interest in the satisfaction of his clients over making a quick commission place him in high regard, and we would recommend him to other home buyers and/or sellers.
