As Agent Performance Coach, Tony works directly with our agents to help them build strong habits, understand and implement our proven systems, and ultimately succeed in their real estate careers. From teaching the day-to-day processes of the business to helping agents improve their follow-up, accountability, and overall performance, Tony is focused on giving agents the tools and support they need to reach their goals.

With more than 15 years of experience at Wentworth Real Estate Group, Tony brings a wealth of knowledge and firsthand experience to his coaching. He understands what it takes to succeed within the Wentworth system and works closely with agents to help them put those systems into action, overcome challenges, and continue growing their business.
