Working with Kim was a great experience. This is our 2nd time buying a house. We bought our 1st house back in 2007, right before the housing crisis hit. A lot has changed in the real estate game since then. But our knowledgeable realtor, Kimberly Schroeder-Floto, was there to guide us through this real estate game the entire time. Kim always looked out for us, and always told us what we needed to know & not what we wanted to hear. She's honest & trustworthy. We were trying to sell our house in Waterford, & Kim was familiar with the area, the school system, the lakes, and how much our home was worth. We were looking to buy a spot in Grand Blanc, & Kim was also familiar with that area. We had multiple deals fall through before we sold our house. For example, in one deal the buyer & realtor were lying & colluding, then they renigged on the agreement even though we had a signed contract. In another deal, the buyer tried to lowball us by $10k. There was this 1 buyer who wanted our house. Kim offered to kick in 1% of her fee to help a guy trying to buy our house with his closing fees so we could sell to him & move on to our new house. He still couldn't afford our house, but the fact that Kim offered just shows how much she cares & looks out for all of her clients. Even after we got a buyer for our house, Kim was still fighting for us. The realtor of the condo (with whom we were already locked into a contract with), tried to renig & back out of our deal cause somebody came along & offered to pay them more for the condo than we were paying (because Kim brokered such a great deal she got us our condo @ $17k below market value). That's when Kim turned into Oppenheimer & dropped an atomic bomb on that realtor who tried to renig & screw us out of the deal that we already had on that condo. That's why Kim is a great realtor.
